October 14-28, 1962-Cuba Missiles Crises
After the U.S put missiles in Turkey to aim at Moscow, Russia countered this idea whit putting missiles in Cuba. This made the U.S plan of attacking and in known as the Cuban missile crisis. The U.S was kept hostage by Russia. This crisis would take place for 14 days. In the end the U.S removed the missiles from Turkey. Then Russia removed the missiles from Cuba
November 22, 1963- Assassination of President John F. Kennedy
President John F. Kennedy was assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald. He was caught later, but was killed before the trial could take place. There is a lot of conspiracy with the government involved with his death. One of
our greatest president was killed, and this was a huge loss for the U.S. Nobody could replace his political vision. The next president was Lyndon B. Johnson.
1964- Beetles
The famous boy band from England comes to America known as the beetles to escalate there fame. Here they escalated there fame. They became even bigger superstars then they were before. This shows how popular they were. People really loved the Beatles. They are the pioneers of boy bands.
August 28, 1963- Civil Right March
The Civil Rights March takes place from Montgomery to Washington D.C to end segregation. This had the biggest impact on freedom for African Americans to be equal in America. It ended with Martin Luther King Jr. famous I have a dream speech. The entire nation changed after that. Imagine the world today if hat historical event never happened.
